What does it involve?
Get together 2-3 other couples or child carerers and Cleo will come to your home or email your interest and we will notify you when there is a course.
The duration of the course in 1 hour a week over 3 weeks. The week gap is for you to practice the skills you have learnt from the previous weeks.
The price is £65 per couple and baby! For Private tuition £80
We sell baby 'dummy feet' too so you can practice , as you can only treat your baby for a maximun of 5 mins, 3 times a day.
This is alot easier to do in public as you dont need to undress your child or use any oil!
What is baby reflex?
Baby reflex is a gentle and effective method of Reflexology that mothers and fathers can give to their own babies aged between one to twenty four months. Baby reflex helps to calm the baby and helps to improve their sleep patterns. Baby reflex techniques are ideally given by the parent to their own baby's feet. Babies naturally love touching and having their own feet touched. Baby reflex complements the natural bonding between mother and baby when baby reflex is given, makes for a very contented mother and baby.

How did it all start?
The baby reflex techniques have been developed from fifteen years' research into the best practise of the application of Reflexology to young children.
All mothers must first learn baby reflex from a qualified Reflexologist. They can be individually taught or better still be part of a small group of mothers learning baby reflex together with their own babies.
The friendship of other mothers is very important for the confidence and contentment of new mothers and learning to give baby reflex to their own baby together with other mothers, helps new mothers to bond more easily with their own baby.
How does it work?
1- Get together 1-2 other couples and Cleo will come to your home to teach you in your home.
2- If you would like to put your name down for the next course then Cleo will let you know when there is another couple available. Classes will be run at The Haven Retreat
if you dont want to learn baby reflex then Cleo can treat your baby.
