Infertility Reflexology
Having problems conceiving? Then why not try a course of reflexology before any invasive therapy or drugs. This therapy can help with your fertility.
Reflexology is an ideal therapy for fertility & conception. Preparation is important if you are considering starting a family. Ideally 3 months is the best time for couples to start preparing, as it takes that long to produce healthy sperm and 1 month for a healthy egg.Idealy both the male & female should have treatments at the same time.
Infertility
Infertility problems are becoming more common and the emotional effects of not conceiving can be extremely stressful and put a real strain on the couple.
Some women can have problems conceiving as they have had traumatic experiences in the past, or are trying to hard to conceive which stresses the body or from an unknown origin.
Reflexology is a stress relieving therapy and can help with balancing the hormones. If you are considering having IVF treatment or artificial insemination, then a possibility is that you could try a course of reflexology, as you cannot have treatments whilst on IVF drugs. Reflexology brings the body back to balance so the two treatments will be counter productive. Reflexology is a non invasive treatment.
