Regular reflexology treatments can help with all the pregnancy aches and pains, speed up labour and reduce pain!

Use this time to nurture yourself and get the best out of your pregnancy.

Maternity Reflexology is used to nurture the woman and her baby throughout all stages of pregnancy. Reflexology is a safe non invasive treatment & Cleo has specialized training.

Having reflexology treatments throughout pregnancy can help with;

headaches, tiredness, heartburn, back pain, morning sickness, stress, anxiety, sciatic pain, PDS, varicous veins, cramps, carpal tunnel syndrome, post natal conditions and much more.

Regular treatment during pregnancy maintains balance & harmony during a time of dramatic change of the physical & mental bodies. It can balance hormones enabling the body to deal with the physiological & emotional changes. It can also help labour to start once the baby has reached full term. Research in the U.K and Denmark has also shown that regular reflexology treatments during pregnancy can speed up labour and reduce pain.

Cleo trained in maternity reflexology at the Middlesex School of Complementary Therapy and has studied and uses Suzanne Ezner techniques. Receiving treatments from a specially trained therapist is essential during your special time.Reflexology is very relaxing and calming – before, during and after birth - reducing any stress and anxiety that may be present and helping to relieve the discomfort and minor ailments sometimes experienced.
