My husband and I had been trying unsuccessfully for a baby for 18 months. I decided to try reflexology and found Cleo online. I wasn’t really sure what to expect and was initially quite sceptical but Cleo immediately put me at ease. I was amazed at how relaxing reflexology is and could feel all my pressure and stress melting away. After just 2 months of treatment I fell pregnant!!! I just wanted to let you know how Cleo helped me fall pregnant. When we decided to try for a baby I came off my pill and to my surprise it took about a year before I had a period. This carried on and i’d have up to 3 a year, max. I went to the hospital and they advised that I may have PCOS. After tests over the year I was advised, due to high demand, I was unable to have fertility treatment on NHS as they had changed the age range.
I was so down and decided to search the internet for any other help. That’s when I found The Haven Healing Retreat. I booked my 1st session thinking “worth ago” and a lot cheaper than private treatment. On my 1st appointment Cleo asked questions and advised me on which vitamins I should take and advised that we would start with regulating my hormones and try and kick start my periods.
After my 5th session I had a period. Then the next month I had another. Wow! that was great going from 1 every 6 months to this. The month after I waited for my period to come which did not show, I decided to take a pregnancy test and I was pregnant. My partner and I could not believe it!!! all these years trying and 4 months of Cleo working her magic and we are expecting.
I have just had my 12 week scan and baby looks healthy I will carry on seeing Cleo as she now helps with my morning sickness and my pregnancy oily skin and bits and bobs.

My hormones were very unbalanced , had acne and I a pretty non-exsistent mentrual cycle. Because of this I was unable to start any sort of infertility treatment as the doctors needed to know when I ovulated. I had not had a period since June 09. A fear year’s ago I met you in Eton and you gave me one reflexology session with focus on my tinnitus and sinuses. The effect was so impressive that I am 100% convinced that reflexology works. 2 days after the treatment I was in Paris delivering a training session when I got a pretty hefty cold. It came on extremely quickly and ferociously but at the same time it went just as quickly. I remember taking a taxi to Charles to Gaulle. When I got in the taxi I had a bit of a sniffle. Half way there the driver had to stop to buy me some tissues. I think he thought I was going to die in his car. And then the next day it all got better and was gone two days later. Simply amazing. I guess you really gave my sinuses a good workout.
Although I was so impressed by the whole experience I’ve only had 2 treatments since, mainly because of my travel und chaotic schedule. (By the way, do you still work for BA?) Neither of those two sessions had quite the same effect. I was quite pleased when I came across your name on the internet, so I am hoping you can work your magic again.
